1. Privacy-First Architecture

FastTempBox ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting online privacy. Our service is designed from the ground up to minimize data collection. We do not require registration, passwords, credit cards, or personal identifiers to use our disposable email services.

2. Data Retention and Automatic Purging

All virtual mailboxes and incoming emails are temporary. Mailboxes expire within 10 minutes (unless manually extended). Upon expiration, all associated metadata, recipient mappings, message bodies, and attachments are permanently deleted from our database and disk storage via automated background cleanup routines.

3. Information We Collect

• Transient Server Logs: Standard web server requests (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) are retained briefly in memory strictly for DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, and spam defense.
• Email Content: Incoming emails sent to your temporary address are stored temporarily until the mailbox expires or you explicitly trigger the "Delete" action.
• Cookies & Local Storage: We use browser localStorage solely to preserve your active temporary mailbox session token across page reloads. We do not use persistent tracking cookies.

4. Advertising & Third Parties

We display non-personalized or personalized advertisements via Google AdSense and compliant third-party ad networks. These partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com).

5. Security

We enforce strict HTML sanitization, SSL/TLS encryption, and sandboxed rendering to protect users against malicious content embedded in incoming messages.
